Governance
IFCO is governed by the IFCO conference which is open to all Accredited Commonwealth Organisations.
The Chair and Steering Committee are elected by the Accredited Organisations with one vote per organisation. The Steering Committee selects the Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer from their own number. It is possible to co-opt an honorary officer if no member of the Committee is willing to take on the role.
